Resources for Easing Friction and Stress (REFS)Revitalized the REFS program in Mechanical Engineering at MIT and served as a REFS mentor from Spring 2013 until Present.  REFS are peer mentors formally trained in conflict management and mediation who provide confidential support to students in the department.

Team Mentor, Global Engineering [MIT Course 2.76]Serve as a mentor to a team of 4-6 undergraduate and graduate students in the project-based Global Engineering course taught by Professor Winter in Fall 2014 and Fall 2015.  Guide team members in the design process and provide feedback on strategies and concepts developed.
Mentor, Founding Member, MakerWorks Student Run Space
Mentor, Founding Member, MakerWorks Student Run SpaceWorked with 6 other students to get support, space, and funding for a student run maker space in the Mechanical Engineering department at MIT.  The space now has ~40 mentors and ~200 registered users.  Serve as a mentor in the space, working a weekly shift as well as training students on the lathe.
